Bible Study
We hope to provide several ways to help you to in your study of the Bible. In addition to the resources on this site, you are welcome to join us in our regular Bible studies for all ages on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. or Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. There are also studies that occur at different times and locations that you can find out about on our Study Groups page. We can send you correspondence courses if you'd like us to mail you studies to do on your own. Site Resources:On this site we are providing different resources to help you in your study. We hope the articles, sermons and lessons and quizzes are helpful. Articles:We have Topical Articles that are brief discussions of Biblical subjects. We have organized them in categories and each reference scripture to illustrate the biblical idea or answer common questions on topics the Bible addresses.Sermons:We also provide Sermons that include media files for your use or learning (MS Word, PowerPoint, MP3 audio files). These are actual sermons that have been prepared and presented that you may use. Often these sermons were part of a series so are organized to reflect that.Lessons and Quizzes:There are also Lessons and Quizzes that give a brief reading that are followed by an interactive quiz that show your answers and the correct answer. The lessons include several excerpts from the Bible and discuss basic ideas of the reading. The quizzes are multiple choice questions that you select and review after completing them. They are interactive in that you see the correct results on review and the total correct at the end of the review. |
